PROCUREMENT
Government procurement is
divided into three (3) categories as follows:
1.
Work
·
The procurement of works involves
construction works such as buildings, airports, ports, roads, site sites, water
dam and drainage works and also includes mechanical and electrical works.
·
Companies wishing to participate in
procurement must register with the Contractor Service Center (PKK) in the
relevant heads and sub-heads as well as the Construction Industry Development
Board (LPIPM / CIDB) in the relevant classes and grades.
2.
Stock
·
Procurement includes goods / equipment
supplied to carry out a Government program, activity or project such as food,
clothing, vehicles and office equipment.
·
Companies wishing to participate in
procurement must be registered with the Ministry of Finance in the relevant
field code.
3.
Services
·
The acquisition of services is defined as
human resources or expertise to carry out and complete certain projects. The
field of service is divided into two: consulting and non-consultant services.
·
The consultancy services include areas such
as physical and non-physical development consultants.
·
Non-consultant services include services such
as course handling and training, maintenance and repair, cleaning and cleaning,
rental and building management, advertising, transportation and so on.
·
Companies wishing to participate in
procurement services must be registered with the Ministry of Finance in the
relevant field code.
