SUMMARY OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING ACTIVITIES
INTRODUCTION:-
A summary of the industrial training activity is when trainees conduct training and conduct research. They will also describe the nature of workers, teamwork, communication between workers and administrators, etc.

A summary of this industry training report made by me and posted daily while undergoing industrial training 

   
                         Activities that undergoing six months industrial at RMCJ        

                                      Make a check on the Quotation Percentages .
 
         

                        Make a Memo documents for Tender and Quotation Number of.                                                   1/3/4/5/6/7/8/9/10//11/12/13/14/15/16/18/19/20/22/23 2017.

                                          Calculate Percentages of Client involve in Tender

Record Incoming and Outgoing Mail 😊

I also assisted the officials in the office to provide a tender for an application for the next project. I helped prepare a quotation for the request 
I also need to provide the necessary documents for office audit preparation 

Knowlesge/ skills acquired (throughout the week):
Learn to complete a tender for entering a project 
Learn to record the documents 
Learn to complete the payroll according to the format 
Impact On Students 
Emphasize the nitty-gritty  aspect and make documents more closely related to costs

The personal information of every employee is important and should be compulsory in the every organization.
It is more efficient to manage work related to this organization
By interesting between project site offices and key offices when each employee personal information needs to be met at the main office of the organization
