INTRODUCTION;-
JKDM is divided into
sections such as Enforcement Division, Compliance Management Division, Division
of Structure, Goods and Services Tax Division, Technical Services Division,
Management and Human Resources Services Division, Corporate Planning Division,
Legal Division and Information Technology Division. I was placed in the
Procurement Branch, which is one of the branches in the Management and Human
Resource Division.
In general, the role of this
branch is closely related to the procurement process the process of procuring a supply, service or
work by following the set procedures. This branch is responsible for planning
and managing the procurement of supplies, services or works for the Johor Bahru
Responsibility Center (PTJ) which includes Senai, Sultan Iskandar Building,
Tax-Free Complex, Pengerang, Sg. Rengit, Pontian, Bandar Penawar / Pasir Gogok,
Tg. High Kota GST Letter and Office. Examples of supplies, services, or jobs
are as follows:
i. Office supplies, copiers (Photostat).
ii. Services for termite-pest
prevention services.
iii. Civil / Electrical
repair / maintenance work.
