CHAPTER 6: CONCLUSION

After undergoing a six-month industrial training at the Royal Malaysian Customs Johor, I have gained a wealth of experience as well as gaining much knowledge I cannot forget about. Through this industry training program, I have been exposed to the real nature of work. Therefore, he has indirectly disciplined me as an employee and exposes me to the organizational structure of the department.
At the Royal Malaysia Customs Johor, I was given the opportunity to carry out the duties of an Office Secretary. The RMCJ also requires members who serve here to participate in all organized programs. Therefore, this is a good start to enable me to practice my own knowledge and judgment in carrying out entrusted tasks. Besides, I have also been taught to work together in one group to complete and implement a task. Through it there is a harmonious atmosphere and a good relationship between fellow trainers and workers.
The industrial training management system organized by Polytechnics in Malaysia, especially the Polytechnic  Mersing of Johor, has not only produced skilled students but has also given me the opportunity to train me to write a complete and organized technical report. Finally, through the report and all the experience gained will certainly be an important asset for my career and produce capable students in all aspects of management.
I would like to thank the workers in this department for the purpose of providing tutoring and not teaching me at all times. I would also like to thank all parties involved during my training in the industry.
The higher education system in Malaysia is a continuous process based on the basis of producing a complete, balanced and integrated human being and in line with the principles of national rule. In tackling the increasingly competitive global scenario, the country needs a future leader who is not only caliber but mentally and physically. Therefore, industrial training plays an important role in the pursuit of this noble goal simultaneously with the government's call to produce a future generation who are knowledgeable to bring the nation to a good level of progress and respected by the outside world.
While undergoing industrial training, I have gained a lot of knowledge in technology and programming. Especially in practical matters. Apart from being able to gain experience, a student can also improve his skills by doing the work that workers have been taught in industrial training grounds and can practice what they learned while in Polytechnic. In the meantime, discipline is very important to further implement the implementation of industrial training because with discipline then we gain confidence from the training site of the industry.
My interest is getting deeper after doing industrial training Royal Malaysian Customs Johor. I strongly agree with an opinion stating that industrial training is a way of learning that practices what has been learned by students and can attract deeper interest in the areas students learn. The efficacy of undergoing industrial training at Royal Malaysian Customs Johor can provide me with a very valuable lesson and encouragement for me to move forward and be more competitive in any field. Among other things, effective way of communicating is one of the key assets that students need to have because all the judgments made by someone are from the conversation interacting.
Efficiency in addressing a problem and systematic time management makes me feel more appreciative and use all the time to spare to fix all the weaknesses within me. Systematic time management systems enable students to be competent in doing the work that is entrusted and always looking for and looking at opportunities for self-improvement as students will always strive to improve themselves by reducing mistakes made to avoid wasting time.
Being persistent while doing the work will make us feel loved by other employees around us and indirectly we will be more reliable to implement a task that is entrusted. In addition, the quality of an assignment should be emphasized so that there will be no problems later on.
Any work that is deferred and done on a regular basis and often commits an offense when doing any job will cause the displeasure of employees and supervisors. This is because sensitivity and diligence in performing tasks are very important to advance ourselves so that others will always look at us even in low rank and indirectly, it can have a positive impact on others too.
Overall, supervisors and employees at Royal Malaysian Customs Johor are very concerned about the quality of work as well as creating a fun working environment. I am very grateful and lucky and satisfied as I was given the opportunity to undergo industrial training at the Royal Malaysian Customs Johor because here many workers helped me to prepare myself for the true nature of the work and their service to me was very good. The knowledge and skills learned while undergoing this industry training can be a useful guide for me in the future.
Lastly, I would like to thank all who have taught me directly or indirectly during my industrial training at Royal Malaysian Customs Johor. Thank you to Royal Malaysian Customs Johor for accepting me to undergo industrial training over a semester starting from 19/06/2017 until 03/11/2017. With the guidance of the workers here, I can improve my knowledge and understanding in everything I have learned and I hope that with this book of the report it will be able to guide any other student in order to provide a more formal type of report. In this regard, I hope that all of my business efforts and sweepstakes, this book of the report will be fulfilling and achieving objectively as an industry training report.
