         To collect the indirect taxes appropriately, effectively and efficiently in line with the development of foundation and country’s indirect taxes strategy

         To help performing the industrial development foundation and national economic activity and effectively to ease the industrial and trade transaction and international cooperation.

        To improve the tracking and prevention of smuggling goods that has export and import duties and goods that contradicts with national security and social protection and to prevent smuggling activities.

         To manage and develop the organization’s resources that is , labor , financial resources, facilities system and procedures effectively and efficiently.

Core Activities of Royal Malaysian Customs

          To collect the national indirect taxes through duties, Customs taxes, Internal duties and vehicle Levi

          To perform import and export control with contradicted with the economic importance social and national security consistent  with the skateholders’ expectation

          To detect and improve the effort to case and the transaction and national industries which consistent with the customers expectation.

          First is the present resources maintenance also planned development in the aspect of labor usage, physical development, system update and law and job procedures effectively and efficiently.
