CHAPTER 1
                                               😉😊  INTRODUCTION😉😊

Industrial training is the part of the university requirements where students are exposed to experiencing the real world in organization and is one of the forms of need and duty that must be implemented by students who are claiming in all Polytechnics. The early exposure of real work life situation is deemed necessary as this prepares students not only acquiring the theoretical aspects of the knowledge, but far more important, is how this knowledge can be applied practically in real workplace settings.

The students should take this opportunity to gain many experience and knowledge during the industrial training because from that they can prepare their self and can adapt the challenge in the real world of work. Besides that, the student to improve their self, based on their weaknesses and their skills. Otherwise, it teach students to be more disciplined in performing their work and responsibilities.

In essence, this training was conducted because Polytechnic management gave the view that theoretical knowledge alone was not enough to help students survive the increasingly challenging work world today. Industrial training courses provide students with learning opportunities in the job world to receive practical experience in order to enhance their marketability. This course provides exposure and experience to students in terms of technological advancement, effective communication, teamwork practices, policies, procedures and regulations, professional perspective and reporting.

The course will build a proactive spirit and attitude amongst students and further enhance their confidence to become excellent trainers.

The above statement is an explanation of the industry training contained in our daily reports. My opinion, about industrial training is the exposure and experience of a student in the job. Where students are able to adapt from all aspects such as, working overtime, working under stress, and doing or losing employers and employees at the firm. In total, industrial training has benefited many students. In this way the students will be eager to continue to learn and work to all levels of society as well as to the nation in order to produce a visionary and skilled generation
In addition, the courses offered at the Malaysian education ministry are aimed at generating and improving the skills of students and acquiring knowledge, especially knowledge in the field of study. In addition, industrial training has a lot of exposure to students about the real situation before students step into the world of work. This induction training also helps and benefits students to expand and expand for the knowledge they have learned. This industrial training can also help students apply the problem faced while improving the minds of students towards their studies in polytechnics.

Where he can carry out their responsibilities to their employers and the polytechnics themselves to be perfect. In addition, it can help students practice any regulations at firms or statutory bodies on the safety or regulatory requirements of the company or firm (statutory bodies). In doing this training, it also helps students to cultivate trustworthiness in their fields and responsibilities to their employers and to complete any assignment or work assigned them.
Confidence in the students can be shaped and can be applied in them with the practice of this industry. Students can also find out how much their ability to do a job or task, especially in the areas they are going to be.

While academics meet the requirements of this polytechnic, undergoing this industrial training, they are not only doing the work alone, but also able to spark and suggest their ideas to employers. This will not only benefit the employer himself. With this the firm will be able to use all these ideas while polytechnics produce competitive students. Being united and working together is very important in whatever has been entrusted to us.

Such an attitude can accomplish whatever trust they have given to them either in the form of work or assignment. Other than that, students can evaluate a student in the realm of work to prepare for the real world of work. Industrial training is also able to evaluate a student in terms of ability and willingness in contributing to good commitment. Indirectly with this, students are able to recognize through direct involvement in various aspects of planning, designing, construction and administration of projects within an organization.

Overall, with this industry training it has helped many students in various matters especially in providing official reports to polytechnics after completing the industrial training according to the standard set by the polytechnics and it will be an important training to beautify the careers of all students Especially polytechnic students themselves in the future.
The above statement is an explanation of the industry training contained in our daily reports. My opinion, about industrial training is the exposure and experience of a student in the job. Where, students can adapt from all aspects such as, work overtime, work under pressure, and behave or cool employers and employees at the firm.

In addition, this industry training can turn a student into maturity in terms of their thinking and behaviour. Industrial training is especially appropriate in our country to produce more mature and knowledgeable brushes in the realm of work. I am a proud student as the training of this industry has made me a man of great knowledge in the field of technical services
